The benefits of our Homeowners Association
One of the best things about living in The Club is you can relax knowing your community will keep on looking as beautiful as the day you first saw it. That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call The Club your home.

Does the HOA survey residents to find out about new interests?
We do an annual survey, which includes asking for feedback from our residents as it relates to the amenities, contractors, landscaping, lifestyle programming, and shared interest groups. We also ask for feedback regarding new activities, events, and offsite trips that residents would like to see incorporated.
Are all the community activities included in the fees?
The Clubís lifestyle program typically includes a good balance of free events, along with high quality, onsite & offsite activities, for a fee.
Does the HOA maintain all the amenities?
Yes, all contractors are hired by and report to the onsite HOA Executive Director of The Club. All contractors are reviewed on an annual basis to assure the highest quality of services.
Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
The Club offers a monthly, 20+ page newsletter that is emailed to all residents and also available at The Retreat. In addition we have a private website, for residentís only, where they can access information ranging from board minutes & actions, to a full calendar of HOA & Shared Interest Group activities. The website also includes a classified section, news and events, photo gallery, and resource center.
Is there a process in place to get a new Shared Interest Group chartered?
Yes. We currently have 17 approved Shared Interest Groups. We have Shared Interest Group applications and guidelines available at The Retreat, which outlines the process for chartering a new interest group.
What are the rules for visiting grandchildren?
The Club encourages residents to invite friends and family to visit them at The Club. Residents may have guests stay at their home for a period of sixty days throughout the calendar year. Residents may accompany their guests to The Retreat as often as desired. Guests of residents may use The Retreat facilities for a small fee if unaccompanied. We also encourage residents to bring their grandchildren to enjoy the community pool, daily from 2pm-4pm during the summer (pool open from April 15th through Oct 15th.)
